BIO-MASS Conversion. Galleon is a partner in a US Department of Energy CRADA(Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Richland, WA, Antares Group, Washington, D.C., and Eastman Chemical of Kingsport, TN. This research project concerns the conversion of Bio-Mass waste products produced at Eastman's Kingsport plant into marketable gases. Galleon is responsible for all equipment design and mechanical engineering for the project. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. Galleon performs mechanical engineering for various industries, in particular, Animal Nutrition feed and mineral, Plastics, blown film and extrusion, Food Processing, and Metals Processing to name a few. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT. Galleon performs construction management for projects which it designs in the industries listed above. MARINE ENGINEERING. Galleon designs, engineers and builds all kinds of floating structures for fresh and salt water applications as well as land side facilities and marine basins. We are particularly experienced in very severe wave situations.
